Who is this program for?

This is for anyone who wants to regain their mobility and build strength. 

How is this different than a typical online fitness program?

I designed longelity with full range of motion in mind but with a logical progression that you can adapt to your mobility level. Instead of doing isolated movements with machines or dumbbells, my program focuses on compound movements to build strength, then mobility work, rotational flows, plus stability and balance, all of which are essential for healthy and injury-free aging.

What if I have questions or require support?

You have my full support during the program; this is true 1 to 1 coaching, from weekly check-ins, chatting in the app or via WhatsApp or even giving your feedback on your form, I am here to guide your towards your goals. 

How is the meal plan created?

The meal plans are personalized based on your personal details such as age, sex, allergies, height but most importantly on your individual preference. You tell me your preferences, I build delicious, easy and fast meals that will ensure your reach your objectives. Each week I adapt the meal plans based on your feedback and progress towards goals.

What equipment do I need?

I recommend 2 kettlebells, one medium (8-12kg), one light (2-4kg) and one resistance band. The weight of course depends on your conditioning and experience level. 

Is this similar to a flexibility or yoga program?

No. Mobility work supports strength training by improving joint control and usable range of motion. The aim is to move without limits or pain and to gradually improve strength. 

What feedback do I receive? 

Besides our weekly check-ins, I am here to support you directly in the App or via WhatApp. You can also add videos of yourself performing the exercises in the App so I can review your form!
